THE LAST FEW DAYS

Hey people:

At work right now getting ready for my photo presentation for the employee recognition event that is happening today. I have been working on this presentation for at least three weeks and it has been a trip each day. The number one thing is that the recognized people will love it. If they do, I know I did my job. If not, then I will do better next time around.
Anyway, two things: 1) this past Monday was a great day in sports for me. The Cowboys have came back and beat the Bills in the final minute of the game. After QB Tony Romo throws 5 pics, I didn't think that Cowboys stood a chance of winning the game. Thankfully they proved me wrong in what turned out to be an instant classic game, and keeps Dallas record to 5-0. Congrats Dallas, but next week should be the game of the year when they take on New England, who is also 5-0. Also on Monday, the Cleavland Indians beat the New York Yankees in the division series of the playoffs. To me, that made my day because I can't stand the Yankees that much, and anytime they loose, its great for me. Now the Indian's will play the Red Sox in the next round (ALCS).
2.) My good buddy Steve Van Lewen gave me a surprise phone call last night. He and his family are planning to come to Virginia at the end of the week and are staying a week. It was great to hear from them and if it is possible, I can't wait to see them while they are on the East Coast.
So far so good. "Peace"
